Our children are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious classroom teacher for Early
Years, to start in September. Positions will be paid on the main scale, according to experience.

What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of teaching within EYFS and/or KS1
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and EYFS Framework
- Experience of planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Experience of using assessment effectively to support pupil progress
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Experience of supporting children with SEND and adapting provision accordingly
- Commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for all children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the wider life of the school
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience of working in partnership with parents and carers
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Willingness to lead or contribute to a curriculum area would be desirable
